New Logo Same Vibe

Heartland Bike Share, operator of Heartland B-cycle has partnered with Secret Penguin, the Branding Agency in designing a new logo in our rebranding process as a non-profit. Together, we formulated the perfect design that represents the Heartland Bike Share community.

What does this mean for Heartland B-cycle? You can expect logos and color themes to remain the same on stations and equipment. As a non-profit you will notice changes in colors and logos used. In the future there will be opportunities to own Heartland Bike Share gear with these new designs.

Below is a breakdown of the design and symbolism.

Bellevue Public Library Pass Program

Bellevue Public Library is now participating in the Library Pass Program. Patrons and Residents with Bellevue Library cards will soon be able to check out a Heartland B-cycle card. BPL features 6 cards that can be checked out for 5 days. Heartland B-cycle cards will provide free unlimited
1-Hour trips for Library card holders that are 18+.

Cards can not be placed on hold or renewed, their availability can be found on the BPL online catalog or call the Library at (402) 293-3157. The nearest Bellevue station is at 36th & Raynor Parkway at the trailhead of Twin Creek, download the the BCycle App to locate nearby stations.

Students qualify for 50% off of our $100 Annual membership. $50 for the whole year?!? Great savings, plus B-cycles are available year round, 24/7 hr a day. Students use them to commute between classes, campuses and off campus as a convenient means of transportation.

2ND Annual Shared Micromobility State of Industry Report

North American Bikeshare and Scooter Association, NABSA recently released the 2020 Shared Micromobility State of the Industry Report for North America earlier this month. "The 2020 report quantifies the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on shared micromobility and demonstrates the industry’s response and resilience during this time to provide essential mobility services."

Heartland Bikeshare, operator of Heartland B-cycle participated in the General Bikeshare Feed Specifications (GBFS), public feed providing real-time data about stations for commuter travel-planning, research and operators. We saw significant increase in 2020 of trips made across the Heartland, specifically the usage of our e-bikes.
