Support Heartland Bike Share during
Give to Lincoln Day!

Give to Lincoln Day is this Thursday, May 28th! Due to the worldwide pandemic associated with COVID-19 and its impact on everyone, the funding to operate BikeLNK has been decreased and the system has seen a decline in ridership. This has caused a gap in Heartland Bike Share’s (the nonprofit that operates BikeLNK on behalf of the City of Lincoln) operational budget for BikeLNK.
Give to Lincoln Day is significantly important in order to help us continue to provide active transportation & recreation to those who need it most. We need support from the Lincoln Community more than ever. Ride Longer with BikeLNK starting June 1st
From day one, BikeLNK has prided ourselves on listening to our riders. Over the past two years, we've gotten a whole lot of feedback but one thing we heard loud & clear was that 30-minutes just wasn't enough, you wanted to ride longer!

Well, you asked, and we listened, so started June 1st all BikeLNK pass types now come with unlimited 1-hour trips! Now you can explore Lincoln with BikeLNK for a full 60-minutes before needing to check back in at a station!
With longer trips, comes a few changes to our passes. The Capital Cruiser pass is replacing our Quick Tripper pass. It comes with 24-hours of access to unlimited 1-hour trips for just $6. There will be no changes to the cost of our Visiting Voyager, Monthly, or Aluminum Access passes.

All pass types now cost $6 per additional hour of riding. Your trips are still unlimited and now they are unlimited across all pass types. These changes are effective June 1, 2020.

Staying Healthy while riding with BikeLNK

BikeLNK has been taking precautions against COVID-19 transmission with increased sanitation efforts by our staff, which you can read about on the BikeLNK Blog. But as a rider, there are a few things you can do to help make sure you have a healthy ride. We highly suggest using disinfecting wipes on high-touch surfaces, wearing gloves or mittens while
BikeLNK is operated on behalf of the City of Lincoln by Heartland Bike Share.
