Ride an E-Bike for FREE This Friday While Exploring Omaha

Explore Omaha & enjoy the new Uplift + Elevate exhibition at The Union this Friday, September 18th during the "Just Ride" event! "Just Ride" is a social ride seeking to bring awareness to the North Omaha Trail & issues of mobility justice. Heartland B-cycle will be providing free e-bikes for the ride- you just need to sign up in advance. Everybody is welcome & appropriate social distancing will be encouraged throughout the ride.

The ride starts & ends in Gifford Park (33rd & Cass) and go through a few neighborhoods on the way to The Union. Check out the Facebook event for more information & to sign up to use one of our e-bikes during the ride!

Art Bikes In Progress at The Union

After putting the project on pause in March, The Union for Contemporary Art's Action Brigade has started painting their art bikes outdoors with social distancing in mind. We are so excited to get these bikes in our system soon. Check out our social media pages for more sneak peaks of these rolling works of art.

Heartland B-cycle & Your Health

In response to COVID-19, Heartland B-cycle has increased our cleaning protocols. All of our bike technicians are wearing masks & gloves when they go out to sanitize, balance, and do bike maintenance. Before you ride, we suggest disinfecting all user contact points on the bike. Make sure to maintain 6 feet or more of distance between yourself & others. Don't forget to wash your hands after your trip with soap & water.
