Minding your Mind
November 14th, 2018 - Alumni Hall - 7:00 PM

Minding Your Mind’s (MYM) primary objective is to provide mental health education to adolescents, teens and young adults, their parents, teachers, and school administrators. Our goal is to reduce the stigma and destructive behaviors often associated with mental health issues. Treatment is available, yet only 3 out of 10 individuals needing help actually seek help. Minding Your Mind Programs move away from crisis based response to prevention through education.

For more information about Minding Your Mind, please visit their website here.
A sneak-peek of the newly renovated gym! It's going to be amazing, ready just in time for BASKETBALL SEASON!!!
Devon will host a Career Day for our high school students on November 30th.
To date, twenty-four alumni have volunteered to come back to Devon to talk with students about their varied careers in Medicine, Law, Business, Science, Education, and Finance among other fields. Students will have the opportunity to choose 3 presentations to attend, one each during 6th, 7th and 8th periods. In each presentation, an alumnus will share his career experiences and insights and answer questions from the students.

A scene from our Fall Drama, Harvey!
Thanks to the volunteers who helped serve donuts, cider, coffee, and hot chocolate to the audiences who attended Harvey last weekend! As it turned out, the stage in the tent was not the only place for drama: Team Ciocca fixed a minor power outage on Friday night, Maureen McKnight made an unplanned run to Walmart, and we all learned that it is NEVER too early to start making the coffee!  So thank you to them and these parents who were so generous with their time: Sheila Ryan, Miranda Massey, Emily Pingitore, Marian McGee, and Liz Stanley.
Middle School Lunch with Dad!
