CCGHR Annual General Meeting 2016
Nov 22, 2016. Webcast in Tupper Bldg C206 - CRC. The Canadian Coalition for Global Health Research (CCGHR) will be holding its 13th Annual General Meeting.  Members at Dalhousie are welcome to join the Global Health Office for the webcast. 
Global Health Leadership Series: Exploring the Sustainable Development Goals
Nov 30, 2016 @5pm. Halifax Tupper G36, Saint John Rm 221.  Where does health fit into the SDGs? Please join us for these sessions that will highlight the local and global connections in the SDGs. They will be lead by global health experts who will take us through various goals.
Town Hall: #DalMedForward
Dec 8, 2016 @ 5-6pm. Various Dalhousie locations.  Faculty, staff, and students are invited to this opportunity to give feedback.
Call for Applications: Queen Elizabeth Scholars
Applications Due: Jan. 27, 2017.  The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholars program offers opportunities for Senior undergraduate and Graduate students. We are now accepting applications to work with our partners in Tanzania.
Dal Med Class of '72 Global Health Education Bursary
Applications Due: Jan. 30, 2017.   The MD Class of 1972 have established an Endowment Fund with the Global Health Office to provide bursaries to fourth-year medical student to pursue an international education experience.
2017 Global Health Awards
Nominations Due: March 5, 2017. These awards recognize an outstanding contribution to the global health community at Dalhousie through: demonstrated leadership in global health; work experience with marginalized communities; engagement in global health research; mentorship in global health; promotion, development and enhancement of global health at Dalhousie.
2017 Global Health Photo Contest
Submissions Due: March 5, 2017. The theme for 2017 is the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  Do you have outstanding photos that tell a compelling story about your global health experience?  Each year the global health office at Dalhousie hosts the Global Health Photo Contest to recognize these beautiful images and inspiring stories.
