Show Up and Write Thursdays (SUWT) As per Dalhousie guidelines these events will be suspended until further notice Dal Global Health offers a "show up and write Thursdays" (SUWT) space to write with peers, discuss the challenges and successes of writing about your research, and learn new writing tips. Advocacy In Harm Reduction: A Panel Discussion with Community Advocates
Zoom Webinar, April 2, 2020 @ 6:30 PM: Have you always wanted to be an advocate within your community? Are you interested in learning more about harm reduction? Join the online Zoom webinar to listen in on a panel discussion with some of the leading advocates in harm reduction within the community. This event is open to the Faculty of Health and Faculty of Medicine. This presentation is a service learning project in partnership with HANDUP. 
PLANS continues to support African Nova Scotian students aspiring to a career in health

Spark: A Discussion Group on Equity in Academic Medicine
The Diversity in Leadership Working Group invite all faculty and staff across the Faculty of Medicine to participate in an informal, monthly discussion group. Each conversation will be organized around a theme relating to equity in academic medicine. The first theme will be “Intersectionality.” Snacks will be provided.
