Designing a System for the Future of Workers

Thank you for registering for NYCETC's 2019 Conference. We are looking forward to seeing you in one week at the CUNY Graduate Center. The Conference is sold out and the speakers are looking forward to sharing their ideas and opinions.

Below are are a few important details on what to expect on September 23rd as well as workshop registration, so please take a moment to review.


Venue: CUNY Graduate Center, 365 5th Avenue, located on the northeast corner of 34th Street. You will be directed to the promenade on the Lower Level when you arrive.

  • Date: Monday, September 23rd
  • Registration and Breakfast: 8:00 AM-9:00 AM
    • Upon checking in, you will receive your Name Badge, Program, and Workshop AssignmentPlease see below for detailed instructions on how to select a workshop.
    • Coffee and light breakfast can be provided just outside the auditorium.
  • Main Program Begins: 9:00 AM
  • Workshops Begin: 11:00 AM, 1:15 PM, 2:30 PM. Please see below for detailed instructions on how to select a workshop.
  • Lunch: 12:00 PM. All general registrants will be provided lunch outside of the auditorium and can be enjoyed at the tables located in the same space or in the rooms located throughout the conference.
  • Afternoon Program Begins: 1:15 PM
  • Program Concludes: 5:00 PM
  • Reception: 5:30 PM. This reception is an invitation only event for Sponsors, Partners, Main Stage Speakers, and the NYCETC Board of Directors.

Instructions for Selecting a Workshop

Please take a moment to click here and provide your preferences for the workshop that you would like to attend. These 60-minute workshops will occur beginning at 11:00AM, 1:15PM, or 2:30PM. A snapshot of the workshops is provided below. Don't want to attend a workshop? Not to worry. While the workshops are happening, there will still be lively panel discussions and engaging speakers on the main stage (see the main stage agenda on the 2019 Conference website).

The deadline to submit you preference is Tuesday, September 17th at 5:00PM. Registrants who do not pre-select a workshop will not be assigned and participation in any workshop is subject to availability on the day of the conference. Additionally, please note that the workshop selection form will only be honored if completed by someone who is are registered for this conference. 


Can no longer attend the conference? Please reply to this email so we can provide your space to one of the individuals on our waitlist.
