Some Disturbing State Developments In The News

Recently there have been several State Supreme Courts and State Legislatures that have attempted to, or are in the process of, whittling away at marriage equality through parentage.  While the outcomes are uncertain, the impetus is clear.  Our families have not seen this type of opposition since before the Obergefell marriage decision.  The articles below are a sampling of just how our families are coming under attack.

Indiana Birth certificate battle moves to 7th Circuit
