Hi members!

Have you seen our Member Handbook yet? Make sure you read it!

Here's the news:
  • Thursday June 9 is the first pick up day
    (NOT this Thursday).
  • You will receive instructions specific to your site and a reminder to customize your share by noon on Tuesday 6/7 in the next newsletter.
  • The flea beetles are still around but not doing as much damage. Again, you'll notice tiny holes in the kale, pac choi, and other greens. Don't worry- these things are still perfectly edible and very nutritious!
  • Speaking of pests and the giant risks of growing food, a groundhog got into our greenhouse last week to chomp on a bunch of things we meant to plant the following day. We caught it, gave it a stern talking-to, and replaced many of the plants with the help of nearby farmer friends.
  • Do you know of anyone who would like to work in the fields with us once a week in exchange for a share? Send them our way! We could really use their help during these busy months. Also, let us know if you would like to volunteer for a few hours.
Pick up locations:
  • Bucks County Community College (Newtown)
  • Newtown Athletic Club
  • Medicine in Balance (Langhorne)
  • Lower Bucks Hospital (Bristol)
  • Doylestown Farmer's Market (on Saturdays from 7-12)
Tomatoes are planted!
10 varieties including cherries and pastes!
In order to receive your share, PLEASE check your records to make sure you have paid full!
We planted our extras in the greenhouse!
Can't wait for fresh veggies?
We have some lovely things at the
Doylestown Farmer's Market
on Saturdays from 7-12!
Come see us!
