New Winter Work
Spring is officially right around the corner.
Naturally I am pretty excited about that.
I still have some winter work to do in Vermont before the end of this month, but March is usually much warmer than January so no worries there.
However I must admit these long quiet winter months are actually good for finishing off paintings that have been patiently waiting in my studio.
Many times I will start a piece on location but not have the time to finish it as in the painting pictured above. I spent a few early mornings chasing that one but was not able to get it completed before everything was to be handed in. To be honest I would rather
sleep on it a bit anyway and then have the time in my studio to reassess my original idea and design.
With that said here are some recent pieces, some are from the Maui Invitational, while the others have been patiently waiting in my studio.
Thank you for your time!
