Don't look to us for stocking stuffers

Hi Farm Friends,

This little period between Thanksgiving and New Year's isn't our strongest season, marketing-wise. It's a decadent time. Presents need to be bought, parties need to be thrown, and responsibility takes a back seat. While I could make a case for the decadence of a ribeye and a pork chop, I'd rather skip trying to fit in to this season, and just wait it out until New Year's Day. Then, hoo boy, I'm going to lay it on thick about why you should be eating these meats and eggs. So enjoy your guilt-free weeks, and see you in January.

New Thing: Bulk Ground Beef Deal! By popular demand, we're going to sell ground beef by the case. Buy a box of the one-pound ground beef packs, 24 total, and get $1 per pound off. That's a savings of $24! Total price $180. If you've got the freezer space, this is a great deal. Reserve one through the store, or email me. I do ask that you pay cash or check for this deal. The credit card fees would dig too deep into these thin margins.

Also, eggs are making a slight return. I've got a few dozen up in the store right now.

Also also, make plans for next week, because markets are closed for Christmas Day, which falls on a Saturday. Meacham will be open the Thursday before, but you may want to stock up if you're in Pinellas.

What's in Travis' Car Right Now?

Week seven. Back to gross.

1 hoodie, 2 flannels
A pile of Christmas tree needles (thanks Chris for the tree! Beautiful!)
20 bricks
1 composting toilet bucket, full. Sealed, very well sealed
1 sunglasses. They are back. This will be the end of the sunglasses' story arc. You can assume they come and go, and if anything interesting happens with them, I'll bring them back.
More eggs! Good girls
