Hello! Welcome.

This is the inaugural newsletter for Multi Dimensional Medicine, the holistic healing practice of David T McConaghay.

You are receiving this because you are a family member, a friend, colleague or client. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, no problemo, simply unsubscribe and I will love you no less.

That being said, I hope to use this space to provide you with:
  • valuable information relevant to your health & well-being,
  • timely announcements with invitations to participate in excellent events,
  • and the opportunity to remain in regular communication as we navigate this dynamic moment in history together.
I am excited to launch this new venture, and I thank you for your ongoing interest and engagement. After many years of intensive study and apprenticeship, it is finally time to step out on my own and offer my singular services to the world in the form of Multi Dimensional Medicine.

May it be of benefit.

Multi Dimensional Medicine is the name of my forthcoming doctoral thesis and a catch-all phrase for my clinical practice. Rooted in Ayurveda, Vedic Astrology and Yoga Philosophy, MDM also incorporates modern Nature-based models of psychology and human development.

Remedies usually include herbs, oils and dietary adaptations, but just as often feature subtle therapies whose efficacy is suggested not just by personal and clinical experience, but also by experimental breakthroughs in sub-atomic and astro-physics.

Narrative also plays a major role in my approach. Upon close inspection, reality has little substance to it beyond the stories we repeatedly tell ourselves. A shift in perspective is often prerequisite to any shift in habit or health. As such, every appointment includes a written summary — essentially a letter, from me to you, reflecting back a fresh version of your story.

If you or anyone you know is struggling with digestion, depression, sleep, fertility or relationship issues, please reach out. I am always offering free 20-minute consultations designed to discover whether or not my particular expertise will be helpful in a given circumstance.

If you feel drawn to seek support of any kind, I am honored to serve as a reference point. When in doubt, reach out. If nothing else, we can have a kind conversation, and I have a wide network of healers to whom I refer whenever cases land outside my scope of practice.
My three-year term on the COLORAMA Board of Directors ends this Fall, but I am hopeful that the members will vote to allow me to serve a second term.

We have three positions on the board opening up, and only two incumbents. Are you interested in serving the Colorado Ayurveda community?

In many ways, COLORAMA is setting the pace for the rest of the country as we move forward with historic legal and legislative initiatives.

You can learn more about this, and more, in our latest newsletter. is my brand new website.

It remains somewhat under construction, but all the essential pieces are in place, featuring information about services offered and how to get in touch.

Please check it out and let me know what you think! While you're there, visit the Content page for a collection of recent articles composed by yours truly.

Of special interest is "Autumnal Astrology," with insights on some of the public upheavals we've seen recently.
Today is October 1, 2018, marking Day One of a year-long lease on Office 108 at The Co-Op at 1st. This beautiful community space on the west side of Denver features an all-organic, all-local grocery store, a movement studio, an event space with a commercial kitchen perfect for cooking classes, multiple offices where massage therapists offer a variety of bodywork, and now, a team of talented Ayurvedists!

I am sharing the office with my former classmates Sierra, Molly and Claudia. Sierra and Molly are doing business as Cultivate Balance, focusing on women's wellness, self-care and nourishment. Claudia is in her final year at Alandi but will contribute her unique genius and native Spanish-speaking skills whenever possible.

I will be offering my unique brand of Multi Dimensional Medicine, of course, and I look forward to integrating into the Co Op community.

For example: I plan to host simple movement+breathing+meditation sessions on Mon, Wed and Friday mornings. I'll let you know when that plan becomes official.
For the past week or two, I've been in the habit of going Live on Facebook. I enjoy this medium for its simplicity and the directness of connection it makes possible.

Click the image above or this link if you'd like to see what I'm talking about.

That being said, I'm aware that not everyone is on Facebook, nor does everyone have 15 minutes to sit and watch me talk. With that in mind, I want you to know that I will soon be launching a podcast.

The idea is to share 15-20 minutes of Multi Dimensional content, two or three times per week. I have a long list of topics I look forward to discussing, but if there is anything specific you'd like me to address, please let me know!
October 20: Recipe for Change event at The Co-Op at 1st

November 9: COLORAMA Annual Member's Meeting in Denver

November 17-18: Ayurveda + Astrology workshops at Ohana Yoga+Barre in Denver, in collaboration with the one-and-only Reace Daniel. More details to follow.
Okay. That's plenty for now. Please stay tuned, as there is much more to come!

Until then, I send you my very best blessings.
  • May you navigate these collectively tumultuous times with grace and patience.
  • May you be thoroughly nourished within and thereby empowered to serve others around you.
  • May you remain aware, in each moment of your day, of the living presence of love as it emanates from sources seen and unseen, near and far.

Health & Happiness,
Courage & Gentleness,
Thanks & Praises,

David T McConaghay
