Wednesdays // 5104 York Road // 3-6pm
We're super proud of this market season.  Amidst sweaty Baltimore summer, freak thunderstorms, furloughs, and a global pandemic, we've managed a market every Wednesday afternoon for 18 weeks straight.

Check out some of our favorite season moments below and visit us this afternoon to celebrate a season well spent.

In community,
Marie M. Anderson, Market Manager
2020 Season Memory Book
Regardless, this season will go down in the books as one of the most interesting summers in recent memory.  But there are special thanks and moments we especially won't forget.
1. Opening Day
We've never run a market during a pandemic before...and it probably showed!  Our team was committed to re-opening market for the season, but we learned a lot of lessons that day.  We're so grateful to our customers who kept returning week after week and helped us to learn along the way.
2. AmeriGroup & Healthy Food
Access Fund Donations
This season was especially difficult to provide matching dollars to SNAP/EBT customers due to the dissolution of the Maryland Farmers Market Association.  However, we are so grateful to AmeriGroup and all of our regular customers who helped to fund this cornerstone program for this season.  One of our regular customers even donated half of their stimulus check to fund the program! #BOLO for our market report post-season.
3. Friends from Front Porch
Without fail, our friends from Front Porch Church, Andy and Damien (and their families) have been consistent, welcoming faces at our market this season.  They took on the entire summer meals program this season, ensuring that our community's youth had access to take home meals each Wednesday.  60 meals went to local families each week, resulting in almost 1,000 meals being distributed this season.
4. Consistent Customers
We have been awed by the community support our market has received this summer.  Each week, our customer base has remained relatively consistent to previous years.  When the market re-opened for the season, we were unsure of what the market would look like.  Our hearts have been warmed by the consistent faces we've seen each week.
5. Rockstar Vendors
Without vendors a market isn't possible.  Since the coronavirus caused a a shut down of business in March, our vendors have been working together with staff to ensure the market would go on for the season.  We're so grateful to our core crew who has allowed our market to be open as an essential business.

Thanks to Malia Leary from Loyola University MarComm Department for beautiful photos throughout.
