Spring Geek Week 2017
Spring Geek Week is March 13th - 17th! This is a week full of free activities each day for kids of all ages, purposefully scheduled during Spring Break so that they have a safe place to have fun and learn with their friends. For more information, please call the Children's Department at (903) 237-1345

Writer's Workshop 2017

Join us on Saturday, March 11th from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM for our free Writer's Workshop! We will be discussing valuable writing tips and enjoying writing exercises for all who are interested in strengthening and developing their writing skills! Chautauqua Festival 2017
Chautauqua Festival is on Saturday, April 8th from 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM! This is a FREE, family-friendly event celebrating all the rich, diverse culture that Longview has to offer, including live music & performances, local authors, artists, & artisans, food, face-painting, and so much more! Summer Interns Needed!

Dr. Seuss' Birthday

Dr. Seuss' birthday is on March 2nd, and we will be celebrating his special day at LEGOs @ the Library on Saturday, March 4th from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM! Kids can come build Dr. Seuss-themed LEGO masterpieces, decorate their own cupcakes, and take home some free Dr. Seuss giveaways! Adult Night Computer Classes

We'd like to add more night classes to best accommodate our adult patrons' schedules! Our classes are taught by volunteers and are free to the public. If you're interested in becoming a volunteer teacher and sharing your knowledge with our community, please contact Taylor at (903) 237-1346!
