Advancing the Eastern Ontario Caregiver Strategy
In partnership with the United Way of Eastern Ontario and the Champlain Dementia Network, we released the Eastern Ontario Caregiver Strategy last year.
A key recommendation from the strategy was to create a simple first-step website that links caregivers to a key local resource. It is also an online space to tell their stories. On national caregiver day, we are launching the site and asking caregivers and families to share their experiences with us at champlaincaregivers.ca.
