Annual meeting is Tuesday, November 17th at 6:00
Board members, management, those running for the board along with club lawyer and CPA are invited.
Due to covid, meeting will be closed to in person viewing.
Meeting will be livestreamed on Facebook beginning at 6:00
The Board of Directors plans to hold a future meeting at a date to be determined where members can attend.

Next round of course improvements to include the following:
Starting immediately:

Wooden bridge on 18 replaced with stone bridge.
Temporary replacement bridge has been installed.

Cart path replacement on holes 15 & 18.
Additional areas of poor cart path will also be replaced.
This is the continuation of a long term plan to replace broken paths.

Sod work predominantly in high traffic areas along the edges of cart paths

Pink muhly placed on mounding left of #9.
Additional 60 plants on the way.
Crew will continue work cleaning out beds in preparation for additional plants.

Winter projects:
Drainage installation - Portions of fairways 1, 7, 11 & 12
Areas by the green on holes 12,15,18 
Portion of rough on hole 13

25+ foot Oak trees to be planted between 5 & 6 and between 8 & 10.
This is the start of a long term tree replacement plan.

Early spring:
Driving range netting on the left of the driving range.
Net to be 30 foot tall.

Rooftop area shown above is set to have small adjustments, including increase in bathrooms.

Clubhouse is on schedule to break ground towards the middle of 2021.

Board of Directors have worked  diligently meeting multiple times a month for all of 2020 to continue to push
facility wide improvements and make sure the new c
lubhouse will soon become a reality!

December ~ Completion of construction drawings.
January ~ Begin grading of clubhouse site and parking lot
Ground breaking for clubhouse by the middle of 2021

Arendell engineers is working to complete elevations and drainage plans for parking lot.
Site plan gives a good snap shot of suggested locations for parking, clubhouse, patio & cart barn.

To gain a feel for where the clubhouse, patio & cart barn will be situated the staff has staked out the building site.


To assist the staff, ensure safety, protect course conditions 
and assist with proper pace of play you are asked to abide by the following guidelines:

Check in with the golf shop before play.
Abide by cart rules for the day.
No fivesomes before 2:00.

Any tee time with less than 4 players may have players added to the tee time by staff to total a foursome.
No one under the age of 16 is to drive a cart anywhere on site.
Golfers are not to tee off on their second nine before 9:00.

All handicap golfer are to present handicap tag or doctors note to staff.

Be mindful of pace of play
Pace of play is to be 3 hours & 45 minutes or less. 
Allocations allowed for cart path only days & tournaments.
If you have an open hole in front of your group at any time you are to let faster players through.

Please take note:
Violations of the rules above will result in a warning.
Additional violation to result in a $100 fine.
Next violation to result in temporary suspension of club.
Further violations will result in actions determined by Board of Directors.


Save $2,000 on future initiations by being one of the next 20 who apply for membership.
All applicants will be subject to the current wait list.

Membership options include full membership & social/afternoon golf memberships.
Social/afternoon golf includes membership rates for golf after 12:30.
Both full and social/afternoon membership categories have options including:
junior (under age of 40), non-resident & resident memberships
All memberships are family memberships.

Perspective members joining under the lifetime membership will move to the top of the waiting list.
