Come and join us for a night full of art, creativity and mindfulness where we will be exploring various art mediums to celebrate everyone’s uniqueness and artistic individuality. Not only will each session include an art project, but we will also explore mindfulness activities that you can use to help manage strong emotions and difficult situations.

If it is a quest you seek, then come along for the journey. We are proud to host our first FFRN Dungeons and Dragons campaign that will include building a unique character, working with your guild to conquer challenges that arise, and making lightning-fast decisions when a surprise attack occurs!

Effective Co-Parenting
For parents of children ages: 0–18 years
Thursdays | Oct 22–Nov 26 | 6–7:30 p.m. | Zoom Session
Going through the process of separation and divorce is difficult for you and your children. This program is designed to offer skills, strategies, resources and support for you at different stages moving through the separation process. You will learn how children understand and deal with separation at every stage of their lives and how best to support them through these stages.
