Relationships are HARD WORK! But don’t worry, the staff at FFRN are here to support you in building strong and healthy relationships with friends, family, and community. In this program you will learn about the different characteristics that contribute to healthy relationships, boosting self-esteem and confidence along with strategies to address bullying. You will also learn to quiet your minds with mindfulness practices, explore your skills with fun group activities, and reflect on your experiences with intentional journaling. This program is jam-packed with wonderful and engaging videos, trivia, tips and tricks to build lasting connections!
