FEATURED SCHOOL OF THE MONTH

ORDEAN EAST MIDDLE SCHOOL - DULUTH, MN
Earlier in my teaching career, I took students out into the community to perform in senior facilities. It was a tedious job finding suitable arrangements for my students to perform. Enter Mike Levine and Harmony Bridge and we are out again performing great arrangements for a senior care facility near our school. It has been well received by the students and residents alike! Since starting Harmony Bridge we have performed 3 times. We have another 2 visits scheduled for this year. We have two groups of students performing. One sixth grade group and one combined group. I am very pleased to have Harmony Bridge as a part of our music program!

“We met a guy who was 101 and was sharp as a tack.
I liked talking to him alot!”

“It was cool to hear about the instruments they played when they were
younger. My guy played the same instrument as me!”

“I liked visiting with Mary. She reminded me of my Grandma.”

“The audience really liked when we played The Muffin Man and Head,
Shoulders, Knees and Toes. They even sang along with us!”
