Nonduality (Advaita)

"There is neither creation nor destruction, neither destiny nor free will,  neither path nor achievement. This is the final truth.” ~ Ramana Maharshi

... Nonduality is about our intrinsic nature – which is oneness. It is expressed in a myriad of forms in various traditions ... it has traditionally come from India but is not limited to India, because this core truth is evident in all traditions even though it may be expressed in different terms ... click here for our blog posts ... and click here for our video posts for this tradition.

I used to sit for hours together, with nothing but the ‘I am’ in my mind, and soon peace and joy and a deep all-embracing love became my normal state ..."
