Dear Sisters,
We're letting you in on a secret... today, we quietly launched the new website for Theta Phi Alpha! We're so proud of this new site and the mobile capabilities it provides, but we want to take a few days to work out any technical issues that may arise before announcing this to the entire membership.

In the meantime, we'd like to get our key officers access to the Intranet side of the website for members only. Your usernames and passwords from the old website are not carried over as we've improved security measures.

Please visit the registration page to request your new Intranet account. We will use the database to approve these accounts as they're received.

Below are answers we've prepared to some Frequently Asked Questions pertaining to the new website. If there's anything else we can help you with please email

Frequently Asked Questions

1) What is the Intranet?
The Intranet is the term used to describe the members-only side of the new website. This is where you'll find our handbook, roster, constitution, National Officer resources, event information and much more.

2) What would be the steps necessary to log on to the new Intranet?
Apply for an Intranet login account. Once you are approved for a new account you can click the member icon on the top right corner of the website (shown below) and login to see the member-only pages.

3) Where did the private "Groups" go from the old website?
The private groups from the old website were not carried over to the new website. Group coordinators downloaded photos and files in June. If groups would like to continue we suggest setting up a page through Facebook, Google, Shutterfly or other free sites that allow private photo and file sharing.

4) Is the information from the old website on this site now?
All of the downloadable documents (PDFs, Word docs, Excel sheets) are now on the new website, either on the public side or the members-only Intranet.

5) Can the officer reports and forms be found on the Intranet?
No, we're currently in the process of moving reports and forms to the Member Portal or the new Officer Portal (site to be launched soon!).

6) Can I view the website on my smartphone?
Yes, this is a fully responsive website which means it conforms to the screen size of any mobile device, tablet, laptop or desktop system.
