Fall issue of The Compass
The fall issue of The Compass is arriving in mailboxes this week! Inside this issue you’ll find:
  • A recap from our National Convention in St. Louis
  • Information on the New Member Development Experience
  • Profiles of the new Grand Council and Leadership Consultants
  • Welcome to two new alumnae associations!
  • A history article about the founding of Theta Phi Alpha from Eva's diary!
It’s Time for Alumnae Dues
By paying your alumnae dues, you are helping to ensure there is a strong sisterhood for future generations of Theta Phi Alpha. This year, all alumnae who donate will receive a window cling of our new logo. The first 100 alumnae to donate at least $100 will receive a limited edition 2016-2017 charm. Additionally, those sisters who give $200 or more will also be entered into our big prize raffle. Show your support today! http://www.thetaphialpha.org/dues-donations

New Ritual Team
Theta Phi Alpha now has two National Officers dedicated to Ritual! The previous National Ritual Chairman position is now divided into two new roles: the National Ritual Marshall and the National Ritual Programming Chairman. Learn more about these new positions here.

Volunteers: StrengthsQuest Assessment
Theta Phi Alpha is excited to provide an opportunity for all National Officers and Volunteers to participate in the StrengthsQuest Assessment, a product of the Gallup Strengths Center. By taking the assessment, we hope to learn more about our officers and volunteers, as well as provide different training opportunities to sisters in the future. For more information, please visit www.thetaphialpha.org/2016-volunteer-summit, and call the National Office to obtain a code to take your StrengthsQuest Assessment.

2016 Fall Theta Phi Days
Registration closes today for the 2016 Theta Phi Days. Visit the website and register for a great day of sharing, learning and sisterhood. http://thetaphialpha.celect.org/theta-phi-days-2016 (login required). We hope to see you there!

Photo Contest Winners Announced
Congratulations to the three winners of our fall photo submission contest: Sara Politowski, Epsilon; Isabelle Smith, Beta Delta; and Julianna Pronesti, Delta Beta! Thank you to everyone who participated and shared their photos with us. We received 119 entries but only four of those came from alumnae members!
