With the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES Act”) signed into law, Americans for the Arts Government Affairs staff and guests will lay out the various pieces of the legislation and how it pertains to the arts sector.  With $2.3 trillion of funds, there are several sections of the legislation that can directly, and indirectly support artists, arts organizations, and small businesses in the creative economy.

Registration for this live webinar will be limited to 1000 participants. At that time registration will be temporarily closed. Registration will re-open when the recording is available about 24-48 hours after the live event. The recording for this event will be free.

Americans for the Arts is gathering data and impact stories about the economic impact of coronavirus on the arts sector.

If you are an artist or represent an arts organization - please complete this short survey. The data and stories have been and will be used at a national, state, and local level to understand and communicate the full picture of the economic impact and recovery.

The mission of the Cultural Arts Board is to Preserve, Enhance, and Promote the Culture of Harford County, Maryland. ​ ​As the government-appointed local arts agency, Harford County Cultural Arts Advisory Board is the premier local resource for arts organizations, independent artists, and the residents of Harford County, Maryland.  The Board provides advocacy and administrative support, sponsors workshops, events, and promotional opportunities to the community, and distributes grants to local nonprofit organizations and schools.
