Temporary Online Shop Hiatus Due To Travel

Due to our yarn selling travels through Michigan over the next week and a half, we will be putting our online store on hiatus from August 20th to August 27th, just to make sure you don't order something we've sold out of.

Please note... We're showing off a lot of new colorways in this newsletter that will be available at the trunk shows and festivals we will be at in Michigan, but will not be available online until September 1st.

Don't worry, if we run out of something, we'll redye it... after all, we're willing to dye for you.

So... where will we be in Michigan?

Take a look at the new yarns we'll be bringing to the shows and festivals!
2019 BaH Yarns Halloween Colorway...
Big Pointy Teeth

100 grams of self striping, vampire bunny inspired yarn.
"Spooky" says our friend R.W.
Our Harry Potter inspired yarns got a revamp!
We were going to dye a batch of HP yarns to restock, but decided to change it up a bit this time.  We kept the same colors, just changed the stripe pattern to mimic the scarves worn by the students in the Prisoner of Azkaban and later movies.

We named them in honor of the founding members of Hogwarts...
Godric, Rowena, Salazar, and Helga.

100 grams of self striping fingering weight sock yarn.
Coordinate mini skeins available for heels and toes... or tassles if you're making a scarf!
Rainbows, rainbows, everywhere!
You just have to love a good rainbow... so why not two?

Double or Nothing is our newest rainbow yarn.  It's a double rainbow colorway that we put on everything!

Pictured below is the 100 grams of self striping fingering weight sock yarn.
You can also get it as a Shawl Ball in 170 grams of fingering weight...
or 100 grams of lace weight.
Both the fingering weight and lace weight Shawl Balls are dyed in our incremental gradient effect, so a garter tab triangle shawl would knit up like this:
And we even put it on our 50/50 matching sock sets, or as a 100 gram one time through Color Fusion.
So many rainbows... so little time, and we're not done yet... we've redyed Meadow Sock so it's back in stock!  Blue sky, a rainbow, and a field of flowers are in one skein (well, 2 skeins as it is a 50/50 matching sock set)!
We're not done with new colors!  We've had fun this summer...
When we first started dyeing yarn, we created a few colors based off of cartoons from our childhood.  This summer we were inspired by a modern cartoon (Rick & Morty) and we now have...
Goodbye Moonman

We decided to play around with making our stripes tonal and it turned out very fun!

Next we played around with speckling our stripes, just to see what we'd get.

We wanted to create a colorway inspired by the Infinity Gems in the Infinity Gauntlet of the Marvel movies... but with the speckling we thought it ended up looking like jelly beans.  Heather misspoke at one point when talking about the colorway and we now have...
Infinity Beans
Wardrobe change!
Not only did we redye our Who's Shirt colorway so that it is back in stock...
(Available in the as both 100 grams of self striping sock yarn, or as a 50/50 matching set of sock yarn)
...we dyed a new batch based on a different, but very similar, shirt worn by the 13th Doctor:

Who's Red Shirt
(also available as 100 grams of self striping and 50/50 matching sets)
Last but not least...
Back in stock on fingering weight yarn is our ever popular Cowabunga colorway.

Perfect for your TMNT fan!
Wait... there's more???  Yes, we have a new green gradient yarn, we just didn't have time to photograph it before we packed up all the yarn.  So... you'll have to come see it in person or wait for us to get back!

Just FYI, the last email mentioned BaH Yarns Sock Club in the subject, that was a typo because we copied an email form we'd used before.

We're still wanting to do a new yarn club, we're just sorting out details and trying to decide the format.  When we get there, we'll be sure to let you all know.  If you have ideas, suggestions, or comments, we'd love to hear from you.  Talk with us at a festival, or send us an email or a message through social media.  You all have come up with some great ideas!
