This program will feature William Darity, Jr. and Kirsten Mullen, co-authors of From Here to Equality: Reparations for Black Americans in the Twenty-First Century, and Paul Ortiz, Ph.D., director of the Samuel Proctor Oral History Program and professor of history at the University of Florida.

(P.E.C.) is a historic preservation/cultural arts/community revitalization organization, which was established in 1987 and incorporated by the State of Florida in 1988.  P.E.C. has 501 (c) 3 status as determined by the Internal Revenue Service.
