Welcome to our first Ormond Netball Club newsletter for 2017. Despite a staggered start, the season is finally under way and all teams have now managed to get a few games – and in most cases, a few wins – under their belt.
To our players and coaches, we say a huge thank-you for your patience while the Duncan MacKinnon courts were out of action during part of February. It was great to see enthusiasm and a sense of club spirit from all the players despite having to train on the oval for a few weeks.
There is one more round of matches to play before CDNA looks at which teams need to be regraded into a different section within their age group. Coaches will advise their teams if this is to occur, and CDNA will release a new fixture prior to the start of Round 4. Please note that regrading is at the discretion of CDNA and is not guaranteed for any team, regardless of the club’s request.
