Weekly Update of articles on 2PAXfly

Hi All,
Not a lot of travel in the last few weeks - in fact, I've been suffering a classic case of man-flu here in Sydney.  Cross fingers, I'm on the road to recovery now.

I'm off for my monthly trip to Adelaide this week, staying again at the Mayfair. It's fast becoming my favourite Adelaide hotel, over and above the Intercontinental.  Lately, either the IHG has been wildly expensive, and/or had no award availability - but that's a story for another time.

Virgin Australia

I'm a bit of a Qantas fanboy at the moment and have realised that has lead to a bit of a bias in my aviation news reporting. This past week has seen a few announcements on the Virgin Australia front - which are covered below.

Coming up Next Week

Hoping to catch up on some trip reports, which I'm way behind on.

Happy Travels,
2PAXfly

Velocity Points and Krysflyer Points conversion downgrade

By 2paxfly on Oct 16, 2018 11:54 am

Velocity used to be a great loyalty program Can you remember when you last read a frequent flyer program benefit announcement that included an actual increase in benefits? I know. Nations have risen and fallen in that time. Way back when Virgin Australia started their flights to the USA west coast, I was a great fan. […]
