We've been doing this for a month, and in August, we'll be continuing to offer free 15-minute sessions to anyone (paying client or not) to help them work through any analytics or SEO issue they're grappling with. If you'd like to join us for a Zoom call, you'll get to work with one of our Senior Marketing Strategists (as well as a few other UpBuild team members) and we'll see what we can do. We can't promise that we'll have all the answers, but we'll do our best to help. We're happy to spend additional time looking into things and following up with any additional insight we might have.
We've had some great sessions over the last month. In some cases, we've had a quick fix to suggest. In others, we were just a sympathetic ear. In others still, we got to be a sounding board for ideas and provide some validation.

I should close by mentioning that there's no commitment required to take advantage of this. We're not trying to sell you anything.* Signing up for a Help Desk session isn't going to automatically add your email address to our marketing automation drip campaign (we don't have one) and you're not going to get pestered later on by an Account Development Rep (we don't have those). We just want to help make your work life a bit easier. A guiding value for us at UpBuild (a background process, if you will) is Betterment — the idea that everything we do can and should make a positive impact for a business, a client stakeholder, or a searcher. In these times where doing our jobs well is even more complex than it usually is, we just wanted to offer whatever we could.
