Swindon Community Network Launch
Swindon Community Network is a new group of local community-minded people who get together for a coffee and a chat once every two months. It's a chance to share ideas about community projects and provide advice and support to each other. A £200 New Shoots grant has been secured to get the project off the ground, and the Network is now looking for more people to get involved.
The Network's first session is on November 14th from 2-4pm at Central Community Centre, Emlyn Square. It's not necessary to be part of an existing community group or project - everyone is welcome. Please email the Network at swindoncommunitynetwork @gmail.com for further information.
