Mechanics Institution Trust Vacancies

Mechanics Institution Trust
The Mechanics' Institution Trust is seeking to appoint two new staff to coordinate the delivery of a programme of Community Development activity in Central Swindon, funded by a grant from the People’s Health Trust.

The Trust took over management of the Central Community Centre in 2013 (when we also received our first PHT grant) from which we run a weekly Craft Group, Gardening Group and Youth Club, support an independently-run Toddler Group and have recently started up a new monthly Lunch Club, Coffee Club and Residents' Group.

The Trust has other new projects coming on-line in the Railway Village so this is an exciting time to join them and be part of developing new and much needed work in this important area and its surrounding neighbourhoods.
