Pahekotanga (Rooms 13 & 14) had a fantastic time biking at the BMX track on Tuesday.  For some children it was their first time at the track.  A huge thanks to Cath and all our wonderful parents for providing transport, helping us all, and even having a to too!!
Today a group of our Waipahihi students went to Wairakei Estate and joined with residents of Somerset Village to help propagate 2000 native plants.  They worked together to pot Kohuhu (Pittosporum Tenuifoluim), Ti Kouka (Cordyline Australis) and Harakeke (Phorium Tenax).  This was instigated through our work with Kids Greening Taupo.  Well done team!
Here are some of our teams who spent today at Owen Delany
Park participating in the Kiwisport Cricket Tournament.

SCHOOL LUNCHES
We welcome all our new families.  We have a School Lunch System that runs where you can place orders in the Library from 8.30am each morning.  We have a wide variety of food and drinks available.  On alternate Thursdays we have either Sushi or Subway available.  Please come in and check us out.
Also our supply cupboard of snacks for children who forget their lunches is running a bit low.  If you would like to help us by donating to this cause, we would really appreciate it.  We have plenty of breakfast cereal at the moment.  If you are donating bars could they please have no nuts in them as we have children who are allergic to nuts.
Thank you for your support.
