E Toru Tahi children (from Rooms 7, 8 & 9) have been learning to build a plane out of wood.  They spent time sanding, drilling, gluing, nailing & painting.  A HUGE 'THANK YOU' to Mitre 10 Mega for supplying all the building equipment that we needed and also for lending us a Dad.  Thanks Jamil & Andrew for teaching us how to build a plane.
We have had quite a few cases of headlice in the school recently.  Please check your child's head carefully and if you come across any eggs/lice, please treat them.  Thankyou.
There were amazing smells coming from the kitchen on Wednesday as a group of children made gingerbread men.
Some children from Mahi Tahi (Rooms 19 & 20) are about to embark on a mosaic project.  If you have any spare tiles at home that you are willing to donate, please bring them to the School Office.  Thankyou for your help.
This beautiful quilt was made by Olivia & Ben Taylor's aunty.
