IronKidz Urgent Request

URGENT!!  We are short of volunteers for Ironkidz.   We still need Marshalls for the swim leg, bike leg and in transition.

This is a vital part of our event and we need YOUR help to make the course as safe as it can be for the children. Please consider giving up your morning to help us, it is only one day a year and the money raised benefits ALL of the school students. Parents of middle school and new entrant students, we particularly need your help.

This is your opportunity to help your school and kids do something awesome!

If you can help on BIKE LEG contact Laurilee 021 676 524
If you can help on SWIM LEG OR IN TRANSITION contact Rebecca Forrest on 021-121-5399 or rebecca.treston@gmail.com

Special thanks to 'Hellers' who supply the sausages that we use for the IronKidz BBQ!

Lost Property

Last year the Lost Property got completely out of hand and unmanageable.  About 30 large rubbish bags of clothes, shoes and towels were left at school to be donated to a Secondhand Store.
This year we are going to deal with the Lost Property more frequently  -  every fortnight.  Every 2nd Friday the Lost Property will be displayed and anything left will go to the Salvation Army Secondhand Store on Spa Road.  However, if a piece of clothing is clearly named, it will remain at school.
Please encourage your child to return home each day with the clothes, shoes, togs & towel that they took to school.
School hats can remain at school in your child's class.
Reminder: Biking to School every Wednesday - rain, hail or shine! Meet at the Silver Fish in town with the 'convoy' leaving at 8am! This is for all children (but if you are 5 years old you must have an adult biking with you).
Click on the image above to access our shared calendar online.
We have some children at our School who we regularly provide food for.  If you would like to donate any non-perishable items to stock up our cupboard we would really appreciate it.  Thankyou.
