REDES is on a mission to halt the Sahara desert's expansion and its dire effects on communities. By creating a trans-border ecovillage hub of 100 villages in Mauritania and Senegal, they’re transforming lives through heart-to-heart, community-driven efforts. In the past year alone, they've built 50 wells providing water for over 2,000 people, animals, and gardens, and planted 400,000 trees with plans for 30,000 more!
