Success Stories
KeyTrain is being used by jobseekers to raise their WorkKeys scores for training opportunities.

A jobseeker in Summit County knew he scored 5's on the three WorkKeys® assessments to be competitive for admission to accelerated tech training at a coding boot camp. While he was competitive on two of the three assessments, he was struggling to even score a 3 on the practice WorkKeys® Applied Mathematics assessment. He faithfully went to the in-person KeyTrain class at the Ohio Means Job Center. Since then, the jobseeker has been accepted into accelerated tech training!

In Cuyahoga County, a jobseeker wanted to enroll in a CDL program which required skill scores of 4’s in WorkKeys® for Applied Mathematics, Locating Information, and Reading for Information. She took practice assessments, but she was not able to get above a level 3 in Applied Mathematics. She heard about TalentNEO’s in person upskilling class and started attending the session.  She not only enjoyed the additional in person assistance, but she was able to achieve level 4 in Applied Mathematics. She successfully completed her CDL classes and started working in September!
We Want to Hear from You!
Career pathway programs are an important strategy for connecting job seekers to education, training, employment, and advancement opportunities.  We would like to hear what your organization is doing in this area so that we can better connect and refer TalentNEO job seekers to partners throughout the network.
