Dear UWA Fencing Club members, volunteers and families,
Thank you for your continuing support for UWA Fencing Club throughout the year.
Below are some important details for the end of the year and into 2022.

End of Year Function and Annual General Meeting
UWA Fencing Club is hosting the FencingWA Awards Ceremony this year.
We would be most grateful for volunteers to help with set up from 1:30pm and to help with tidy up from 5:30pm on Sunday 5 December 2021.
We also invite members to help with baking/cooking some tasty deserts.

I also encourage all our members to attend the FencingWA Awards Ceremony and AGM. Details are below:

At UWA Water Sports Complex, Matilda Bay Foreshore

Please note that parking is extremely limited at the Water Sports Complex; however parking is available on Hackett Drive or UWA Car Park 1, opposite the UWA Rec Centre/Gym.
Attire: Smart Casual
*TICKETS: $20 Adult | $15 Junior | Family Ticket 2 Adults & up to 3 Juniors $60

Training in 2022
The last junior training for Term 4 will be held on Saturday 11 December. Junior training will resume for juniors in 2022 at the following times

O-Day 2022
Orientation day for UWA Students will be held on Friday 25 February 2022.
I would like to invite members (and particularly our student members) to start to organise to have a great O-day and ensure a strong student participation for the 2022 season.

Social Distancing
Please continue to scan the QR code on the gym door with your SafeWA app or alternatively fill out contact details on the COVID register.
You should also continue to follow social distancing measures within the Club including avoiding hand shaking and using the provided hand sanitizer.
