June is going to be a great month for pie. I am testing the waters with a return to weekly pie baking on Tuesdays and Fridays. This means you can have pie practically any day of the week now, as long as you have the foresight to preorder ahead of time. At least 48 hours notice, please.
I'm building inventory for the larger 9" pies for graduations and the smaller 3" Pies for classroom treats and parties. There will be a special pop up Sat, 6/19, for Father's Day.
This month is a trial to see if I can sustain such a schedule along with the biweekly bread baking. The sourdough loaves for our daily eating is important for me to maintain (for health and deliciousness). I am baking for subscribers (waitlist available) as well as the extended family.
I want to apologize for lagging on the newsletter. It is not my intention for it to lapse. I do 'touch' Instagram daily, multiple times, in fact. Refocusing some of that time back onto email may be in order. Many of you still bought pies for Memorial Day Weekend. Thank you so much. It was essentially a sell out.
