For those of you that have been following us for awhile, you will see that we have changed our schedule and the format we use for the information that comes your way from us via email. While we used to send longer quarterly emails with a pdf newsletter attached, we are moving to monthly emails that will contain pertinent clinic updates and links to our clinic blog on our website, as we are posting articles there WEEKLY!!
Our goal is to find that sweet spot between not overwhelming your inboxes and staying top of mind to you and providing you with the nudges, support and accountability you might need to stay on your path of wellness. We are honoured to be of support to you on your journey and thank you for travelling this road with us!

Clinic update #3 - or maybe more of a reminder? We have one room remaining in our building for monthly rental! So if you are or you know of anyone looking for an amazing place to practice your craft (acupuncture, massage, coaching, therapy, chiropractic, bodytalk, reflexology, reiki, etc...) contact us!
And we have one reserved for daily rentals. This is a room that can be used if you are a wellness practitioner that doesn't want to commit to a full time space but wants a place to practice that is affordable and visible and part of a collective.
We also have two boardroom style spaces that can be rented for group meetings, classes and workshops (bearing in mind all COVID restrictions of course!). Contact us for more details on these options.
