Help Stop the Spread!

Remember, prevention is key in fighting the global COVID-19 pandemic. Along with maintaining social distancing and practicing enhanced hand hygiene, you can also help stop the spread by letting us know if you have been tested for COVID-19. With your help, UAM can help track positive cases within our university community and continue to mitigate the risk of possible spread of Coronavirus.

COVID-19 Reporting Form

All faculty, staff, and students are asked to fill out the UAM COVID-19 Reporting Form if they believe they could be COVID-19 positive or if they believe they have been exposed to COVID-19. Remember, "exposed," as defined by the CDC, means you have been in close contact with (less than 6 feet away from) someone who was diagnosed as positive with COVID-19, for 15 minutes or more. If this applies to you, using this tool will: assist UAM in identifying possible sources of spread, and will notify Student Health Services or Human Resources, where applicable. The faculty members of students whose class attendance may ultimately be affected by quarantine or isolation will also be notified through this system. UAM is also bound to report certain health data to the Arkansas Department of Health and the UA System.

Mainline Testing on Campus

The Mainline Testing Site on the UAM Campus is open to meet the needs of faculty, staff and students from all UAM campuses. Located in the Maxwell Hall annex, Mainline offers COVID-19 screening options, including rapid tests for some candidates. Hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. The testing site is closed from 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for lunch. The testing site will be closed on any days the UAM campus is closed. Calling ahead is strongly recommended to enable social distancing in the waiting room. Call the Mainline Testing Site at (870) 224-0647.
