LUNCHEON TOPIC: Master System Integration - A Plan For Future Controls Upgrades
This presentation will present an overview of integrating master control systems within facilities. What all does this typically entail? Master Systems Integration or MSI is a review of existing control and automation systems, including hardware, software, and network architecture to develop a solid specification set for all future controls upgrades. This master plan is designed for the long-term sustainable operation of building controls and network assets to help entities better understand how the systems can be managed over their life cycle.”
Mike Grush holds the position of Program Manager on McKinstry’s Rocky Mountain Energy technical & consulting team. He is responsible for project development and consulting, technology strategy and technical design, technical engineering documentation, data integration, and testing of facility and energy technologies in support of energy management and facility technology services. Mike’s controls background and integration experience make him capable of creating effective controls system solutions. Mike joined the McKinstry team in 2011. His expertise has supported data centers, government facilities, public schools, universities, hospitals, laboratories, IT facilities, and commercial customers through design and implementation of custom integration and data acquisition systems and solutions.
