Good morning

Welcome to the final IPAA ACT update for 2019.

During the last month we delivered some significant events, including a lunch with Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft. We partnered with the Australian Public Service Commission on How Do We Get To 7 Per Cent? and the Annual Address to the APS with Philip Gaetjens, Secretary of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet
 
Our 2019 event program has come to a close, with our first events commencing in 2020 outlined below.

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY BREAKFAST
TUESDAY 25 FEBRUARY - GREAT HALL, PARLIAMENT HOUSE

IPAA OFFICE HOLIDAY CLOSING TIMES 
20 DECEMBER 2019 - 6 JANUARY 2020

The IPAA office will close on Friday 20 December and reopen on Monday 6 January 2020. Emails and phone messages will not be monitored during this period.

TUESDAY 26 NOVEMBER - NATIONAL GALLERY OF AUSTRALIA

IPAA ACT partnered with the Australian Public Service Commission to host an event in recognition of the International Day of People with Disability. With opening remarks from Dr Heather Smith PSM, the event featured a panel discussion with Dr Ben Gauntlett, Suzanne Colbert AM and Scott Grimley, which was facilitated by Dr Jill Charker. Closing remarks were provided by Peter Woolcott AO. More on the website.
