Good morning

Two weeks ago I joined IPAA colleagues from across Australia at our National Conference in Darwin, themed 'Crossroads > Future Directions'. It was a great few days with delegates from all over the country coming together to explore challenges in public administration.

I would like to congratulate the two ACT recipients of the 2019 National Fellow Awards, which were announced at the pre-conference gala dinner in Darwin. Frances Adamson, former IPAA ACT President and Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Liz Quinn, former IPAA ACT Councillor and Group Manager at the Australian Public Service Commission, were both recognised for their contribution.

Looking ahead we have a busy schedule between now and the end of the year, with some great events detailed below.
