Dear Colleagues, picture of blue and gold flowers

The Class of 2018 has commenced the next stage of their lives beyond JCU, and it is nearly time for the 2018-19 Staff Council term to commence as well.

Please join us for this year's final All-Staff meeting to celebrate the close of the academic year:

Thursday, May 24, 2:00-3:15 pm.,
Donahue Auditorium, Dolan Center for Science and Technology

At this meeting, we will:
  • Present Staff Council Awards (see award nominees below)
  • Give a brief report on Staff Council's accomplishments this year
  • Report back on some of what we have heard from staff surveys and listening sessions
  • Honor our colleagues celebrating milestone anniversaries and those who are retiring.
The meeting will be followed by a dessert reception on the patio.

Find more details and a livestream link here.

See you there -

"Recognition and respect of all members of the John Carroll University community are necessary and appropriate for the University to live up to its mission, vision, and core values. As one of the largest constituencies on the University campus (second only to students), the staff represents a highly diverse group of professionals whose contributions are critical to the quality, integrity, credibility and continued growth of the University. An informed, active, and engaged community, with the ability to participate and share its opinions and interests concerning the conduct of institutional affairs and life in the workplace, is critical to the mission of the University." -- Staff Council Constitution
