There are some moments in real estate that are truly unmatched. On the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, I was pouring myself a mug of coffee when my phone rang. It was another realtor, reaching out to tell me that my clients' offer was accepted on their dream condo. I got to call my clients and share the news with them. It was a joy-filled phone conversation, and it kicked off the holiday weekend on the best possible note. As I've written before, real estate is full of ups and downs. This was most certainly an up -- my adorable buyers will close on their new home by midsummer. I cannot think of a better way to begin a new season.
