Hi guys!

we recently have been through many exciting projects, so we'd like to share it with you in our first newsletter!

We released our online-EP with our first 3 songs and played our first gigs. We are a band now and want to introduce you to our world of post.prog.rock, which has grown a bit in the last couple of months.

First gig with The Intersphere in October

We had the opportunity to celebrate our first appeareance on stage with the awesome The Intersphere and psychedelic prog-rockers Supertrawler from Amsterdam in October!

Many thanks to Gregor from Bollwerk in Moers for making it possible. By the way: We will share the stage in Cologne with his band "spring up fall down" in April.

Phil built his own ISAAC VACUUM guitar and finished it right now. The guitar has got a lot of twang and low end at the same time and sounds perfect. Klick on the pic to read more.

"Düstere, tiefgestimmte Gitarren grummeln böse vor sich hin und bauen immer wieder epische Spannungsbögen auf. Im Untergrund unterfüttern verschleppte, moderat vertrackte Rhythmen die Stücke. Psychedelisch anmutende Synthie-Klänge sirren und flirren durch das Klangbild und dazu erhebt sich ein leicht unheimlicher, manchmal gequält wirkender, düster-gutturaler Gesang. Sprachsamples sorgen dann noch für weitere Abwechslung.

So bauen ISAAC VACUUM eine stimmige, fast hypnotische Atmosphäre auf, die mit Elementen aus Alternative, Postrock, New Artrock, metallischen Ausflügen geschickt spielt. Da wird mal filigran-atmosphärisch gerockt, mal auch brachial gebrettert. Das klingt erstaunlich eigenständig, in der heutigen Zeit nicht so einfach.
