We cordially invite you to join the "12.12 Golden Age Day" cum "Golden Age Fellows" Graduation Ceremony.

The "12.12 Golden Age Day", debuted in 2016, is being held to raise public awareness of the Golden Age movement in which Golden Agers (people aged 45 and above) are empowered to disseminate more social impact via different roles. They will eventually become change makers who will help build Hong Kong into a Smart Ageing City.

The “Golden Age Fellows Programme” provides selected Golden Agers with an in depth understanding of social innovation and social issues through lectures, experiential learning, discussions, community engagements etc., turning their passion and innovative ideas into feasible plans for social good. Their passion, dedication and innovative initiatives will influence their peers eventually, and build a community of change makers in the long run. Please join us to celebrate the graduation of the 1st cohort of Golden Age Fellows.

Foundation's Update

Golden Age Foundation and Shenzhen Ageing Development Foundation held the first Shenzhen-Hong Kong Exchange Forum on 15 November 2017. Both sides will work together to mobilize non-government sectors in Shenzhen and Hong Kong to build a cross-sectoral and cross-generational collaborative, innovative platform in technology and service with Shenzhen and Hong Kong as the base to motivate the Greater Bay area (GDHKMC) to cater to the needs of the ageing population. Both parties will work hand in hand to promote “Smart Ageing Cities” and will support each other.

Foundation's Update

Our Founder & Chair, Rebecca, co-founded a co-working platform called Dream Impact. The Grand Opening was held on 9 November 2017. It was well attended by many guests from various sectors. Dream Impact is more than a co-working platform, it promotes corporate social partnerships and provides startup training, social media marketing, sharing of networks and more.

Member's Update

Due to very tight supply of niches, more and more people choose green burial in recent years. Scattering cremated ashes at sea or in designated gardens of remembrance will allow our loved ones to return to nature. Green burial is a good practice of sustainable development. Forget-Thee-Not is organising the second "Cherish Nature, Cherish Ourselves” day trip, letting the public experience Green Funeral through nature.

Please WhatsApp to +852 9175 1433 with your full name, number of participants and contact details to register.
