  • ONASSIS Fellowships Programme for International Scholars (GREECE) | Duration: between 3 and 10 months | Eligibility: non-Greeks, university professors of all levels (PhD.holders), postdoctoral researchers (PhD holders), artists, post-graduate students and PhD candidates.

  • ETH Zurich Postdoctoral Fellowships (SWITZERLAND) | Duration: 2 years | Eligibility: The program is intended to foster high-potential, young researchers who have already demonstrated excellence in terms of internationally competitive achievements in the early stages of their professional careers. | Deadline: 1 March 2017
  • Leibniz - DAAD Research Fellowships 2017 (GERMANY) | Duration: 12 months | Eligibility: highly-qualified, international postdoctoral researchers, who have recently completed their doctoral studies. | Deadline: 9 March 2017
  • Dan David Prize (ISRAEL) | Eligibility: Registered doctoral and post-doctoral researchers who study at recognized universities throughout the world, and whose research has been approved | Deadline: 10 March 2017
  • HOMING Postdoctoral Fellowships for Young Researchers (POLAND) | Duration: up to 24 months | Eligibility: young doctors (regardless of nationality) who have had a doctoral degree for not longer than 5 years, where the start of this period is defined by the year of obtaining the degree and the end – by the year preceding the deadline for submitting applications in the competition. | Deadline: 15 March 2017
  • Doctoral Fellowship at the Max Planck-Sciences Po (FRANCE-GERMANY) | Duration: 3 years | Eligibility: The candidate will hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) and have received training in the following disciplines: history, sociology, or political science, with additional training in related field such as economics, management, philosophy, or anthropology. S/he should have experience with qualitative and quantitative methods. There is no nationality requirement. However, a firm command of English and working knowledge of French or German are required. | Deadline: 15 March 2017
  • Fernand Braudel Senior Fellowships - European University Institute (EUROPE) | Duration: up to 10 months | Eligibility: established academics with an international reputation | Deadline: 30 March 2017
  • Belmont Forum Collaborative Research Actions Call 2017 (T2S) | Duration: up to 3 years | Eligibility: The programme is supported by funding agencies from the following countries: Belgium (Flanders and Wallonia Brussels Federation), Brazil, Chinese Taipei, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the USA. | Deadline: 5 April 2017
  • AgreenSkills+ Postdoctoral Fellowships (FRANCE) | Duration: 12 to 36 months | Eligibility: Open to young experienced and independent researchers holding a PhD with 0 to 10 years’ postdoctoral research experience. Career breaks are not included. | Deadline: 28 April 2017
  • Postdoctoral Researchers International Mobility Experience (P.R.I.M.E.) (GERMANY) | Eligibility: Postdoctoral researchers of all nationalities, who see their long-term career unfolding in Germany, will be given the opportunity to combine the association with a German university with a research stay abroad. | Deadline: 15 May 2017
