Increase production - and forget the overheads!

Here at Cutshop, we work with a wide range of customers from DIY'ers to tradies. We can be an extension of your workshop if you're a cabinet maker or design company. Providing a quick, easy, outsourced cutting service means your revenue doesn't always have to be limited by your capacity.

Keenan Interiors found this out, added an extra kitchen to their weekly workload and reduced their overheads by two or three grand a week, without breaking a sweat.  Find out how, over on our blog.

Cutshop's service is enabling businesses to manage the increased workloads that being experienced industry-wide. Companies, like Keenan Interiors, can benefit from our outsourced cutting service - enabling their jobs to be done faster and with consistent quality (as shown by these work-in-progress photos of a new dental practice in Auckland's North Shore).

Think it. Make it... Share it.

Jazzing up your workspace

We've been working on some interesting projects lately, including a privacy screen for Bayer Pharmaceutical lunchroom which looks modern and fresh. Also, these very handy tool display stands, featured last week at Fielddays.

How wild is your imagination?

Decorative panels are all the rage and the sky's the limit on what we can cut (as long as it's 25mm thick or under).

If you like the look of these decorative panels, they can also be used as an alternative to tiles or splashbacks in the kitchen or bathroom, as a room divider, to add a layer for wall insulation or reinforcement and to reduce noise.  They also come in handy to cover faults or holes in the walls from previous DIY disasters!

Panels can made out of solid wood, plywood, veneer, acrylic, perspex, aluminium, polystyrene or plastic foam. Our CNC machine can do any complex design - send us your idea or drop into our Mt Wellington or North Shore branch.

Learn more about decorative panels on our blog.

Congratulations...   Tony of eBuild,
